Biofeedback

Biofeedback is a way of measuring and controlling physical reactions, especially to anxiety and stress.

In hypnotherapy, it is used to measure your level of relaxation (depth of hypnosis) and your responses to the problems you are dealing with.

A biofeedback monitor works from a 9-volt battery and measures electrical skin resistance through contacts on your hand. You feel nothing from it.

It enables you to achieve deeper levels of relaxation so you get better results from your hypnotherapy.

Biofeedback techniques are also being used by medical practitioners, to help patients control their own blood pressure or heart rate for example.

Hypnotherapy can enable you to learn these skills more easily and effectively.

Biofeedback makes it easier to
take control of your life.
