Frequently asked questions.

What if I cannot be hypnotised?

Virtually everyone can be hypnotised, although depths of hypnosis vary from person to person. Those who find it more difficult to relax have even more to gain.

A few – roughly 10% of people – respond deeply and easily, like those you may have seen on stage or television. Nearly all the remaining 90% can go into hypnosis, the majority very easily.

Many clients are quite sceptical at first – some have spent years trying and failing to get results by other methods. They may be worried or anxious, but they are often the ones who respond most satisfactorily and they frequently say they wish they had tried hypnotherapy years before.

Please don’t worry about not being able to be hypnotised – Keith has not yet had a client who has been unable to respond to his hypnosis. Those who find it difficult are usually the ones that need it most and who have most to gain from this form of therapy. There is no mystique involved and the results can be quite spectacular.

Will I be OK to work/ drive after my appointment?
Yes, no problem at all

Are the appointments private and confidential?
Yes, totally

What are the chances of the problem returning?
If you have completed your course of therapy – very, very unlikely.

Can I bring someone else with me?
Yes, for your free 30 minute consultation, but during your normal appointments they would need to wait in the reception area.

Please make a note of any other questions you would like to ask, so that you can get the full benefit from your FREE 30 minute consultation.

Together, we can establish just how hypnotherapy can help you.
