How long will it take for me to see a difference?

Keith can help you solve most problems in a course of four to eight sessions - he can give you a better idea of your own requirements during your free thirty minute consultation.

He recommends weekly sessions, though they can be fortnightly, every three weeks or monthly if you prefer. You can expect to see improvements from your first session.

He will teach you self-hypnosis, a useful skill to give you a quick, easy and very enjoyable way of relaxing. You will also have a CD to back up the work you have done with him during the session.

Your course of treatment will address a combination of problems that are causing you concern or taking the quality out of your life. The success rate of people who complete their course of treatment is very high and the chance of problems returning is very low.

Most clients see an improvement from the first or second session, but some give up too soon. To quit after one or two sessions is like walking out of a football match because there has been no score by half-time. Change does not have to take long, and the more you want to change, the faster you benefit. However, you cannot be made to do anything under hypnosis against your will.

What will it cost?

Your first thirty minute consultation is absolutely free and without obligation. After that, sessions last one hour and the cost depends on the day and time:

Business hours are:
Thursday and Friday : 11am to 7pm
Saturday 9am to 4pm

Initial 30 minute consultation is FREE.
Appointments on weekdays before 5pm are £75 per hour.
After 5pm and Saturdays are £85 per hour.

You pay for each session at the time. Keith takes cheques with a cheque guarantee card, as well credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and Americal Express.

You will also be asked for a deposit of £65 before you make your first hour-long appointment. This deposit is forfeited if you cancel or change an appointment with less than eight hours’ notice, or if you do not arrive for an appointment. The deposit will be returned to you in full at the end of your course of treatment, unless it has been forfeited.
