Hours and Fees

Most problems can be solved in four to eight sessions; some maybe in just one or two, but I will be able to give you a better idea on your FREE 30 minute consultation. I recommend weekly appointments, although they can be fortnightly, three weekly or monthly if you wish.

On your first session I will teach you self hypnosis which is a quick easy and very enjoyable way to relax in any situation. I will also give you a FREE CD worth £12.50 to help you relax, sleep well and back up the work we do in the sessions.

During your course of therapy we will deal with any problems bothering you. Please see the problems list to get some ideas of the things I can help you with. The success rate of people completing their course of therapy is very high and the chances of the problems ever returning is very low. The majority of my clients will see improvements from each & every session, but some give up to soon. To quit after one or two sessions is like walking out of a football match at half-time because there is no score. Change does not have to take long and the more you co-operate, the quicker and more you will gain.

Fees : 11am to 4pm : £75 per hour.

From 5pm & Saturdays : £85 per hour.

Deposit

We do ask for a £65 deposit before booking appointments. If you miss, cancel or change an appointment given us less than eight hours notice you, may lose your deposit. You will be given a receipt for your deposit. We will return the deposit when your therapy is over or on your request at any time providing you have not let us down. Of course if at any time we need to change your appointment, if we do not give you more than eight hours notice we will give you £65 off your next session as compensation.
