What is Hypnotherapy ?

Hypnotherapy is using hypnosis to access the sub-conscious mind to solve the problems that are troubling you.

Hypnotherapy can show you how to enjoy your life, be happy, beat stress or phobias and be more confident. It can also help you in many other ways.

It is a perfectly ‘normal’ and natural state of relaxation, during which you are still in total control of your mind and body. Many clients are astonished to find just how enjoyable it is, how comfortable they feel and how aware they are throughout, even during their first session.

During your hypnotherapy, Keith will teach you self hypnosis and show you biofeedback techniques, which measure and encourage your total relaxation.


Most clients find the relaxation of hypnosis incredible, often saying things like "I have never been so relaxed in my life, it's amazing!" and "I was totally aware at all times!"

Whatever level of relaxation (hypnosis) you reach, you will have so much to gain. But do remember, the more you relax, the more you will benefit.

On your first session, Keith will show what hypnosis is and teach you self hypnosis. He will give you a CD to listen to which will encourage you to relax even more (and sleep better too).


Hypnosis is a total relaxation of mind and body.
